Slipshod Ramblers

‘The Slipshod Ramblers’ is an ongoing collaborative project between Charlie Goodall and Adam Paroussos.

This project is essentially a clowning performance with a focus on folk inspired ditties, experimental sound, audience interaction, and physical comedy skits. In it both performers are dressed in outdoor rambling clothes and non-specific furry animal masks while attempting to create music and entertain. The performance also involves a large element of audience interaction, when possible letting them decide the direction of the performance.

We also explore improvisation with self-made instruments and found objects from our travels. Our performances are always to some degree sight specific with new material being developed for each performance, meaning the performances are never the same and are reactive to the environment around us.
